By purchasing tickets, submitting a deposit, or attending “Chow with the Cows” hosted by Our Humble Homestead, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:General Farm Risk AcknowledgmentThis is a working farm environment. Attendance includes inherent risks associated with farms, livestock, uneven terrain, electric fencing, mud, insects, weather conditions, and animal interactions.By attending this event, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.Animal InteractionWhile our animals are handled carefully and selected for family-friendly interaction, animals are unpredictable by nature. Guests agree to:Follow all staff instructions at all timesTreat animals respectfullySupervise children closelyNot feed animals unless specifically instructedUnderstand that bites, kicks, scratches, stepping, or accidental contact may occurChild SupervisionParents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.Children may not wander the property unsupervised.Food & Allergy DisclaimerFood will be served during this event. Guests acknowledge:Farm kitchens may contain common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and other allergensConsumption of food is at the guest’s own discretion and riskGuests are responsible for informing hosts of severe allergies prior to attendanceWeather PolicyThis is an outdoor farm event and may proceed in light rain or normal farm weather conditions. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the event may be postponed or rescheduled at the discretion of the hosts.Photography & Social MediaPhotos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional and social media purposes. By attending, guests grant permission for images/video that may include them or their family to be used by Our Humble Homestead unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.Liability WaiverBy attending this event, guests release and hold harmless Our Humble Homestead, its owners, family members, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, injury, illness, loss, damage, or claim arising from participation in this event or presence on the property.Deposits & ReservationsReservations are only secured once payment/deposit has been received.Deposits are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the hosts.Farm RulesGuests agree to:Stay within designated event areasRespect gates, fencing, equipment, and private propertyWear appropriate footwear for a farm settingLeave pets at home unless prior approval is givenFailure to follow farm rules may result in removal from the event without refund.AgreementBy checking the box stating “I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions,” guests acknowledge that they understand and accept all terms listed above prior to attending the event.
